Shipping Timeline

Products marked In Stock will typically ship within 1–5 business days after your order is processed and a shipping label has been created. We dispatch orders every Wednesday and Friday.

As a small business, we work hard to get every order out as quickly as possible. However, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order has not received a shipping update after 7 business days, please contact us by email or phone and our team will be happy to assist you.

Warranty

To ensure any shipping-related issues can be properly documented and resolved, customers are required to inspect their package within 5 business days of delivery.

If your package or item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of:

• The exterior of the shipping box
• The interior packaging materials
• The damaged item(s)
• Any visible shipping labels

Failure to provide timely documentation may result in the shipping carrier or insurance provider denying the claim.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the event of shipping damage or a lost package, we ask for your cooperation throughout the insurance claims process. All claims must be reviewed and approved by the shipping carrier and/or insurance provider before compensation can be issued.

Please note:

• Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until the insurance claim has been completed.
• Repair estimates may be requested as part of the claims process.
• Insurance claim investigations typically take 2–8 weeks, depending on the carrier and circumstances.
• Approved claims may result in a full reimbursement, replacement, or partial compensation based on the insurance provider's determination.

Many of our exterior and carbon fiber products are individually handcrafted. Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, no two pieces will be identical.

Minor cosmetic variations may occur and are considered normal characteristics of handcrafted carbon fiber products, including:

• Slight variations in weave alignment or pattern
• Minor waviness in the carbon fiber weave
• Small air pockets or surface imperfections
• Minor clear coat variations

These characteristics do not affect product performance, fitment, or structural integrity and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Carbon Fiber Care & Exposure

Over time, carbon fiber products may experience changes in appearance due to environmental exposure, including sunlight, heat, moisture, road debris, and other weather conditions. Clear coat fading, discoloration, oxidation, or wear resulting from normal use and environmental exposure are considered part of regular product aging and are not covered as manufacturing defects.

Proper care, cleaning, storage, and maintenance can help extend the appearance and longevity of your product.
